EEG and YUTONG groups hold bilateral discussions

  • YUTONG says it would boost   its relation with BIA

Monday, 21 March 2022, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (EEG):-The Ethio-Enginerineg G (EEG) and YUTONG groups held here today at the HQ of the former joint discussions on future bilateral relations and cooperation.

By  bringing  technological transfer  and providing appropriate attention to quality , it is possible to  boost  , basically ,  the  relationship between and among the two companies , EEG’s  CEO , Ambassador  Meseganaw Arega said adding that  it is high time that we see into the existing  level of partnership in detail and take it to a higher level.

 According to him, the fact that Ethiopia is the seat of the African Union (AU) and diplomatic Centre makes her suitable to reach the African markets.

YUTONG  representatives,  disclosing that their  relations and activities in the last ten years  with the Bishoftu Automotive Industry (BAI) were  strong and encouraging, reiterated that  it is their  wish to  continue the existing relationship  and do the same in a  more strengthened way  in the upcoming years  .

Of course, Ethiopia, as the seat of the AU is an ideal place for YUTONG products. And as such, the relationship should not be limited to local markets, it should rather be expanded to the African markets, they said. 

For EEG’s deputy CEO for operation sector, Eng.Endawok Abtie   in order to acquire latest technologies and be competitive in the market, it is paramount important to work closely with YUTONG.

The Two companies are planning, reportedly, more discussions on boosting and  cementing their on-going  bilateral  relations.

Headquartered in Zhengzhou of central China’s Henan Province, YUTONG Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale industrial group mainly specialized, among others, in the bus marketing business.

BIA is one of the nine industries embraced under EEG and works, currently, with YUTONG.
